An Army of Bathtime Workers

Sometimes it takes three people to give a newborn a bath. Based on his reactions to the two baths he has had, Ian would probably be content to never take a bath again. Oh well!!

Hello Schleicher family,
I am so very happy for you. I have posted a couple of time and they seem to have disappeared! Just wanted to let you know I can hardly wait to meet Ian. God bless you all, Love. Mrs. Seis

Our babies don't mind baths (thankfully) and I think it might be because we make it really warm in the bathroom where we bathe them. We have a little fan space heater and we turn that on before we start the baths. I think that helps them be more comfortable. Maybe you could try bathing him in a warmer room? We also make the water pretty warm. We have a duck that we put in the water that has a spot on the bottom that reads "HOT" if the water is too hot. We use 2 washcloths. One to wash them and the other one we rest on their stomachs to keep them warm. Hope some of these suggestions help.
