We went with some friends to The Woodlands' annual Touch-a-Truck event. It was AWESOME! They had about 15 different trucks for kids to touch, sit on or in, honk the horns of, and talk with the drivers of. The best part of the firetruck display for Ian was the free, plastic fireman's hats. Ian says, "fi-mun," "fi-mun" when he wants to wear the hat at home.
The streetsweeper's bristles were VERY rough!
But the scooper part of the the loader felt smooth.
"This tire's as big as me!" thought Ian.
Ian enjoyed sitting in the driver's seat of a dump truck, a garbage truck ...
... a semi truck (Momma was very interested to look behind and see the cab where the truckers sleep! It's bigger than she thought!),
and a golf cart/Gator-type vehicle. Ian liked to try to steer but mostly liked honking the horns!
