St. Patty's Day Parade

 For the first time, we were able to go to an annual St. Patty's Day parade right near our house. One year, when our sister-in-law Chelsea was with us, we just so happened to be in the right place at the right time to see a St. Patty's Day in downtown Houston. It was a nice one, but it hasn't seemed worth the drive all the way downtown in the years since then. We were thought this one was fun (though we were a bit disappointed that there weren't any bands :() and were pleased it took us less than 10 minutes to drive there!

We met our friends Aliceson, Kyle, Caleb, and Samuel there! 

 The parade started with some nice horses.

 Ryan enjoyed all of the activity.

 So did our cute godson, Samuel! :)

 Ian took it VERY seriously to wave to each float as it drove past.

 Ian and Caleb ended up with quite a stash of beads and candy by the end!
